UK mainland orders placed by 3pm may be shipped on a FREE standard next working day, signed for, courier service, regardless of order value. You may also choose, if required, from a number of timed delivery options, pre-9am and pre-12pm next working day, as well as a pre-12pm Saturday option.
For urgent requirements, we are also able to ship orders on a same day dedicated courier service. From our warehouse in Swindon, we can be in central London within 2 hours. Please call the office or firstname.lastname@example.org for further details and costs.
Deliveries to European countries outside of mainland UK are FREE for an order value of €100 (or equivalent USD/GBP). If the order value is less than €100, then a €20 shipping cost will be added to the order. Most shipments to EU countries will be delivered within 1-2 days, but some countries may take up to 3-4 days.
Deliveries to countries outside of Europe are FREE for an order value of $150 (or equivalent USD/GBP). If the order value is less than $150, then a $45 shipping cost will be added to the order. Deliveries to non-European countries may take between 1-2 days and 5-7 days, depending on the global location and regularity of courier services. For example, New York and most of the USA should be 1-2 days, whereas The Seychelles may take a little longer (although it may be delivered in person).
We try to keep all major lines in stock at all times, but due to unforeseen circumstances, items may not always be available to ship immediately. When this occurs, we will call or email immediately to notify you. You may then decide to wait until stock is replenished (usually a maximum of 1 week) or cancel your order, depending on the urgency of your requirement.
Fibrenet offer a lifetime warranty on all Fibrenet branded compatible transceivers that we sell. Where possible, we will advance replace any faulty products.
If something has gone wrong, such as you have received the wrong item, ordered the wrong item or you suspect a fault, please call +44 (0)1666 715 715 or email@example.com with the order number, part numbers and where possible the serial numbers of the parts in question as soon as possible.
If you are emailing, please explain the problem as best as possible. We will guide you through the returns process which may involve the return of the item to our offices and the shipping of a replacement.
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on returns where Fibrenet is not at fault and/or offer credit. We will, of course, try to avoid this, except in extraordinary circumstances such as large value orders or CWDM/DWDM/other specialist products.
